100% Australian made using recycled industrial and post-consumer waste plastics or sustainably sourced Australian premium hardwood, Fitness Trails® equipment is simply the most robust on the market.
The equipment is designed and built with ultimate functionality and longevity in mind. With no moving parts, Rust and vandal resistant hardware (stainless steel and no surface penetration) the equipment is practically maintenance free.
Recycled plastic
Our recycled plastic equipment looks great, has incredible internal integrity and will not fade or discolor, crack or splinter, rot and they are impervious to insects or the elements.
Life expectance is in excess of 30 years “however we don’t know yet as our oldest installation is still in use!”
Timber
Timber finishes are very popular throughout Australia, apart from its stunning appearance it allows the site to blend more naturally into the environment and may fit with existing community furniture.
Our timber equipment is manufactured in Australia from premium hardwood, such as ironbark or similar. All wooden equipment is finished on all sides: edges are beveled and finished with a waterproof poly coat for appearance, longevity and safety.
Within 2 -3 years the timber natural weathers the finishes blending it into the landscape however integrity will not be affected.
Signage
All signage is bespoke to each installation, made from virtually indestructible poly - carbonate with reverse silk screen printed graphics, these signs will last right alongside your equipment again with no need for ongoing maintenance.
With the increase in the prevalence of QR codes, we are now offering a platform for the creation of online exercise guides, this can be generic to the equipment or bespoke to your gym creation.

Installation
All Fitness Trails® equipment is designed for easy installation, All kits come 95% pre-fabricated and are accompanied by user friendly, easy to follow layout and installation guides.
Due to the high standard of manufacture and lack of moving parts our kit can be installed by anyone with minimal building experience, however you will need to check with local council/authority for regulations on installation. Local contractors or council works team should have no problems installing a full “exercite” inside two days.

Surfacing
The surface used with your installation is completely dependent on your projects goals, local council regulations and the location of your site.
Fitness Trails® equipment has been installed at the beach, on rooftops, in parks, schools and many more public spaces and will be compatible with any surfacing choice you require, We will be able to advise you on the best surface choice for your area and give you an idea of fall restriction and surfacing requirements but please note that each council will have their own guidelines on outdoor gyms and these will need to be adhered to.
